Modify provides tools for reviewing live webpages, capturing HTML to Figma, and exporting structured handoff information. Features, plan limits, and workflows may change as the service evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, misused, or used unlawfully.

You agree not to use Modify in a way that:

Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Pricing, taxes, and billing details may vary by region or offer.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once access or entitlements have been granted. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support.

Modify and related branding, software, documentation, and website content are owned by the service operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product or any underlying intellectual property rights.

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every site or workflow.

Modify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or extension.
